So recently I started a youtube channel. It was a very daunting and big step and I was quite afraid. But even though I was scared, I was also very excited. My first three videos were quite awful, because I was just talking about my day and what I had been doing. My latest video was about my five favourite lip products.
I had so much fun making the lip product video that I came to this decision: my channel would be based around beauty and lifestyle.
I love choosing and putting on makeup, so it was an easy decision. When I put my first three videos up, I didn't know what I was doing, so I just talked about anything that came to my mind. Now, because I have a topic for my channel, I think my videos will be a lot more structured and entertaining.
I thought of doing daily vlogs at the start, but after I chose a topic for my channel, I knew that it would be too hard to think of something to do every single day. So I've made the choice to have a video uploaded on either a Sunday evening or a Monday morning. I'm still thinking of what day, but I'll probably have it decided by tomorrow.
Another thing: If you see my videos, you'll see that they haven't been edited. That's because I'm still learning to do it. It doesn't mean that all my videos will be like that, it's just that I'm still figuring out how to do it. But be sure that my future videos will be edited.
One last thing: I know I sound quiet (I'm actually speaking really loud), it's just that I am using a little camera with a bit of a crappy microphone built into it. It's not me, it's the camera.
